Transnational Project Meeting In November 2021, the members of the Create Future project met for the first time in Mallorca, Spain. Amadip Esment Foundation, one of the organisations collaborating in this project, was the host for the Transnational Project meeting with the hand of the collaborating organisations such as Live Foundation, from Finland; Inova Consultancy, from the UK; and Cercina, from Portugal. The purpose of the meeting was to come together face to face and talk about the process of the project and the next steps to continue to create support models for participation in future work life. During the three-day meeting, we had the opportunity to visit the different locations and facilities of Amadip Esment Foundation.
